How do I know which brand my sprinkler system is?
Look at the face of your controller or timer, or at the top of a sprinkler head cap. The manufacturer name is usually printed there. You can also send us a photo and we will identify it for you.
Can you mix sprinkler brands in the same system?
Yes, different brands can work on the same system. What matters is that heads in the same zone put out water at a similar rate, so we match replacement parts to what is already in that zone.
Do I have to replace my whole system if one part fails?
Usually not. Most problems come down to a head, nozzle, valve or wiring issue. We repair the part that failed and only recommend replacement when it is the better value.
